Reservation policy

A confirmed reservation will hold your vessel for up to 45 minutes after your scheduled departure time, after which it will be considered a "No Show" and the entire reservation fee will be forfeited.
Please arrive for your rental 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to ensure the entire rental time is allotted. Check in time generally takes about 10 min. Rental times cannot be extended due to late arrivals.
The renter MUST be present at check-in with their driver’s license and the credit card used to pay for the rental with them. The rental process cannot begin until all these requirements are met.
Renters and any additional drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid Driver's License and By Law must complete a Georgia DNR approved Boater Safety Training Course. For your convenience Paradise Rental Boats has developed a rental boat specific Safety Training Course that is FREE to all our customers. Anyone at least 21 years old can take our Boater Safety Training Course by visiting “ NEED A SITE “ and selecting the location they plan on visiting. Upon successful completion you will be presented with a course completion card which will be emailed to you for your records. You must renew this course once a year.
The renter and any guests at least 21 years old that want to drive the boat MUST watch our Boater Safety Course Video and take the Captain's Test before arriving. This will provide you with important boater safety information that will help you have a safe & enjoyable time on the water. It is the renters responsibility to make sure any additional riders or operators watch this course for safety instructions.
The total number of drivers including the renter is limited to 3 per reservation.
A security deposit of $500 per vessel will be required on the day of the rental and must be placed on a major credit card in the Renter's name.
The rental process CANNOT begin until all of the following has been completed: the card used for payment has been verified, the $500 security deposit is taken, all approved drivers have completed the Boater Safety Course and checked in with their drivers license to get their Boater Safety Course completion card. You can use a separate card for payment and deposit.
Pets, Smoking, or open flames are prohibited on any Jet Ski.
Each jet ski leaves the dock with a full tank of fuel. Once the jet ski is returned the renter is responsible for the amount of fuel consumed during the rental time. You can fill up prior to returning at any of the lakes fueling stations or pay for 8 gallons at $4.00 per gallon ($32) per unit at the close of the contract.
Changes to existing reservations rental date or time must be made at least 48 hours before the reservation date and cannot be processed online. Please call the location in which the reservation was made to make these arrangements.
Any cancellation made more than 48 hours before the reservation date will result in a cancellation fee that is 10% of the total reservation amount.
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the reservation date will result in a forfeit of the total reservation amount and cannot be credited towards future reservations.
If the following conditions exist on the lake; heavy rain lasting more than 45 minutes; lightning; tornado warnings; high wind advisories or any condition that ATL JET SKI RENTAL considers unsafe riding conditions, then the reservation fees can be credited towards a future rental. Weather credits or rain checks can only be given in person on the day of the rental and are based on actual weather conditions on the lake at the time of the rental not future weather forecasts.

SEA DOO Policies

A $500 security deposit per unit is required and will be held on a credit/debit card during your rental time on the water. In the case where more than 2 units are reserved (2-10) the security deposit will stay at $1000 total
No more than 2 passengers are allowed on this watercraft regardless of their age or size.
It is prohibited to beach or take this PWC to shore. The watercraft must remain in at least 10 feet of water depth or 100 feet from shore at all times.
The driver and any passengers must wear a life jacket at all times.
The lanyard safety kill switch must be attached to the driver at all times
It is prohibited to operate this watercraft at night and the Jet Ski (PWC) must be returned before sunset.
Docking or tying the Jet Ski (PWC) to another boat is NOT allowed. Doing this will cause damage to the PWC which the renter will be responsible to pay for. Someone must be on or operating the PWC at all times during the rental.
You must complete the PWC Boater Safety Course and attend the operational presentation in order to operate and drive this PWC. It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure that only approved drivers operate this PWC during the rental time. Failure to do this will result in the termination of the rental and if there is any damage or personal injury the renter assumes all responsibility for failure to follow these policies.
